Bomb The Zombies is a hot game that has just been released in the AppStore a couple of days ago. And that’s not the only reason why it’s hot. From the Angry Birds like graphics to the engaging gameplay, Bomb The Zombies is one heck of a strategy game.
The first thing you’ll probably notice when starting to play Bomb The Zombies are probably the graphics. First of all, because they are really great. And secondly, because they bare that same style used for the already legendary Angry Birds collection of games. But Bomb The Zombies is way more strategical than Angry Birds.
To bomb the zombies, you have an extremely limited amount of bombs, so you have to think twice before using them. If, for the first levels, you only have a few zombies in your target, as you go further along the game, you’ll have to put your strategic thinking cap on, and try to destroy as many zombies as you can with a single bomb. The goal, as you probably figured out by now, is to bomb all the zombies with the limited ammo you have per level.
And since you only have a couple of bombs per level, you can imagine Bomb The Zombies is not the type of game where you have to run after the enemies to shoot at them. The zombies are lined up on different platforms, made up of different materials, and you have to find the perfect spot to hit, always taking into consideration the big picture: where every zombie is located, what are the structures that bare the most weight, or the material they are made up of. Because stone structures won’t crack just as easy as wood or glass ones.
As you clear levels, bombing all the zombies gets harder, you’ll have to save some hostages on the way, but you also get other tools of destruction to use along with the bombs. So, even if at times you feel like giving up, remember there is a right way to use all these tools to clear the level. You just have to focus more on the big picture. And once you have it, you won’t be able to let go of the game without checking out the next level. And the next one, and the next one, and the next one. Because that’s just how addictive playing Bomb The Zombies gets.
